Shipping & Warranty Information


Orders for customers in states other than SA, will generally be shipped direct from the the distributor in QLD dependent on stock.

Orders placed for customers in SA are available for pickup from Yankalilla, 5203 or can be shipped to you upon request. If you would like to pick-up your item, please make sure you call to arrange a time and day to ensure my availability.

If you live in South Australia and choose to pickup your product(s), I will happily spend some time showing you the basics and getting you familiar with your machine. I can also arrange to deliver your Product(s) personally if you live within 50 km’s of Yankalilla.

Warranty & Returns

All warranty and returns must be pre-approved before you send your product(s) back. If you have any problems or concerns with your product(s) it is important to contact me first before sending the item,

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all returns are appropriately packaged and all accessories/manuals included. Failure to ensure so may delay or prevent you from being able to obtain a refund or replacement.

Insurance and Tracking along with the postage costs of returning product(s) is the responsibility of the customer.

Southern Fleurieu Metal Detecting will not be held liable for products not received or damaged in transit. Make sure you address the products correctly and get insurance and tracking added.
